Count on Me Every Time: : 1920’s to early 1950s.  a group of young women, some just past high school age, interested in Mission and what was going on in public affairs. They gathered for social meetings and to help others in need. Charity fund collected clothing, food, vegetables, items for children, help for families in hard times. They sponsored dances, card games, lunches and teas to raise money And they had a lot of fun. Mission Record newspaper regularly reported on their activities (see sample clippings)
